We do not accept returns or exchanges on Any couture / Bespoke / Made to measure garments. All sales are final. As your garment, made to your specifications and measurements it cannot be sold on to recoup costs.
Returns and exchanges are easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or need an exchange, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and post (or drop) your items back to us within 14 days. Upon receiving the items, we’ll issue you a full refund.
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail for delivery. If you purchased your garments before 4 pm your order will be dispatched on that same day and if ordered after 4 pm they’ll be dispatched the next working day. From time to time we run a promotion, where we offer free shipping for orders (sometimes over a certain value), in which case shipping will not be added to your order so please check our home page for any promotions.
If, upon receipt, you find that your goods are faulty or incorrect, please notify us immediately either in writing or telephone 01491842905 and confirm whether you require a replacement or refund. We will then advise how to proceed.
